Welcome to ShipLess ("we", "us", "our"). This is a demo shipping platform. By creating an account and using this service, you agree to the following terms.

1. Service Description

ShipLess provides multi-carrier rate comparison, label purchasing, wallet management and tracking tools. Rates shown are simulated for demonstration purposes and do not represent real-time carrier pricing unless otherwise integrated.

2. Wallet & Payments

Funds added to your wallet via Stripe are used solely to purchase shipping labels within this platform. Auto-reload and monthly top-up features will automatically charge your saved payment method according to the settings you configure.

3. Claims & Insurance

Claims for late, lost, or damaged packages are reviewed by our team on a best-effort basis and do not guarantee reimbursement.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

5. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
